Your clubs are invited to
participate in this year’s Sparks-a-Rama and AwanaGames. Registrations
are accepted on a “first come – first paid” basis. Game circles fill up
quickly! Early registration will increase your team’s opportunity to
take part this year. It is not necessary to have your teams selected
before registering. Register early so we can send information to help
you prepare for this exciting day.

Teams

Sparks-a-Rama (Sparks Game List)
A team consists of a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 15 players.
The team must include a minimum of 5 boys and 5 girls (the next five
can be either boys or girls).
► AwanaGames (T&T Game List)
A team consists of a minimum of 10 players (5 girls and 5 boys) and a
maximum of 14 players. Each team member must play in a minimum of two
events and a maximum of six events.
► Registration Deadline:
All entries must be received no later than February 27, 2012. Late
registrations will be accepted if space is available.

► Team Registration Fee: Team
registration fee is $65 per team and must accompany the teams complete
registration form. This fee is non-refundable! Upon
receipt of your registration form you will be sent additional
information that will assist you in preparing for the Sparks-a-Rama and
AwanaGames.

Staff Needs
To run the Sparks-a-Rama and
AwanaGames we need people to volunteer to fill the following positions:
Circle Director, Line Judge, Timer, Scorekeeper, Scoreboard Keeper,
Equipment Handlers, PA Sound person, Nurse, Check-In, Ticket Takers and
Ushers.
Each church must provide two staff persons,
other than a team coach, who will acquaint themselves with the
Sparks-a-Rama and/or AwanaGames rules. One of the volunteers must be an
adult (21 years or older). We need these willing workers to help run
this event. Please do not sign up people unless you know they are
willing to serve. Your registration form is not complete without this
information.

Team Assignments
When all registrations are in, team assignments to a
circle and line color are made on the basis of a drawing.
If you enter more than one Sparks team, or AwanaGames team they will be
placed on standby until the registration deadline so as to give each
church the opportunity to enter one team.

Advance Tickets
Advance tickets (packs of 10) are
available on a consignment basis. Tickets are $4 in advance and $6 at
the door for each meet. As always, any fulltime staff from your church
and pre-Sparky age children attends free. Let us know how many you
would like when you register.
Take advantage of this special opportunity to reach clubbers and their
parents for Christ. If you are unable to enter a team this year, why
not bring a group from your club so they can see first hand what it’s
like! You will be glad you did!

Coaches Meetings
This meeting will be held at our fall conference this year. Send a coach to conference to help them get ready for your Sparks-a-rama and AwanaGames Meets.
