| Quiz
Meet Format Awana Bible Quizzing incorporates two basic formats: Multiple Choice and Team Huddle. We will ask eight questions in Multiple Choice and Team Huddle. All questions will be taken from the current printing of the handbook materials, with KJ, NKJ & NIV Bible versions accepted. |

Ultimate Adventure and Ultimate Challenge Teams consist of two (2) to three (3) young people. Allowance will be made if a church has only one (1) clubber to quiz in a given book. That clubber will be combined with another team of one (1) or two (2) before or on the day of quizzing and must be registered as a team of one. Each team member must quiz over the book they are in during the current Awana Club year. If they are in the same handbook they quizzed in last year, they can also quiz again in that handbook if they worked in that handbook during the current Awana club year. Quizzers can quiz in more than one book if they worked in that handbook this club year.
Registration Deadline: All entries must be postmarked no later than February 13, 2012. Late registrations will be accepted if space is available. Team Registration Fee:
Team registration fee is $15 per team and must accompany the team’s completed registration
form. The fee is non-refundable!
Upon receipt of your registration form you will be sent additional
information that will assist you in preparing for the Quiz Meet. |

| Quizzing
Staff Needs To run Bible Quiz Meets we need people to volunteer to fill the following positions: Judge Panel, Timers and Scorekeepers. See the Official Rules and Regulations for Quizzing to get more information. Each
church must provide one staff
person, other than a team
coach, who will acquaint themselves with the quiz rules and be willing
to serve while children are quizzing. Your registration form
is not complete without this information. |

| Coaches All girls’ teams are to be coached by women, all boys teams are to be coached by men; coed teams can be coached by either a man or woman. All teams, coaches and staff personnel need to be registered and checked in ready to go 15 minutes before the team orientation and staff meeting. All team members, coaches and staff must follow the apparel (dress code) guidelines. Awana emphasizes the importance of modesty, neatness and cleanliness in apparel. See page 4 of the current Quizzing Rules & Regulations booklet. Take advantage of this special opportunity to help your clubbers memorize the Word of God in a greater and more meaningful way. If you are unable to enter a team this year, why not bring a group from your club so they can see first hand what it’s like! |
